How cute! Whoever's baby that is, I just want to pinch her cheeks! Your dogs look like they have had enough of the picture taking unless they are getting scratched. lol

p.s. What is the Cheese Lady?

OH my gosh I know, she is such a cute baby, her cheeks are so chubby I love it!!! And yeah...they were def. not getting scratched, they were totally sick of it!!! It was hilarious...
The Cheese Lady is this place over in Muskegon. They have all of these imported cheeses, and different wines and accessories, it is a very cool little place. Chris' aunt knew we like that sort of thing, so for one of our Christmas presents she bought us a variety of cheeses, they are so yummy!!

Hey Anne,
Just read your question about the IUI today. This is my 2nd round trying the IUI so I'm not an expert. Here's what my RE does. I go in to the dr about 4-5 days after my period starts to make sure I don't have any cysts. Last month I had several so we had to take the month off. Then on day 12 I go back to see how my follicles look. Are they ready for eggs? I don't ovulate so I have to take an injection to make me ovulate. Last month I wasn't quite ready after the first u/s and my lining was too thin. So I took estrogen and went back the next day to see how things looked. The follicles were measuring right where they wanted them to. I had two. So I went home that night and gave myself the shot at about 9pm. Not the next day, but the following day, we went in at 9ish am for the insemination. My husband went in earlier to give his sample and then they cleaned it and got it all ready for the insemination. From what my dr told me, after the injection, the ovulation window is 36-48 hours.
I didn't ovulate the last time so he has switched my meds this time. He said 99% of women on this shot do ovulate. My question is...Why didn't he give that to me the first time??? ha! I guess he had to find out that I didn't ovulate in order to do that. My husband also has a low sperm count and they are a bit on the lazy side. :) Very healthy though.

Ok..sorry this post was so long! Hope this helps some. I go on Tuesday to check the follicles so I will keep you posted.

Ok...I just read your comment again and have to say, I really think doing the us gives a more accurate indication if you are ready to ovulate. I did the ovulation kit test and it always showed I was ovulating...but that's not the case. The dr said I was probably always ready to ovulate, but that the eggs just never got where they needed to go. I really like my RE. My OB was not nearly as on top of things.
