40 Week Pregnancy Survey/Original Due Date

How far along? 40 weeks according to what my original EDD was according to my period. Should have just kept this date in mind the entire time....
Total weight gain/loss: +0 and still at 180, 39 lbs. total. That was also with clothes on...I am surprised I have not gained more weight this week?  Had gained a little over 41 with Graydon.
How big is baby? The average newborn weighs about 7 1/2 pounds (a small pumpkin) and is about 20 inches long. His skull bones are not yet fused, which allows them to overlap a bit if it's a snug fit through the birth canal during labor. -Baby Center
Maternity clothes?  Yep, the stretchier the better, lol.
Sleep: It is OK but not the greatest. I am just plain sore and ready to have this little girl.  I have been waking up with anxiety some nights and also my right arm and hand have been going really numb and it is painful. I am thankful though that that just started happening, unlike with Graydon where I had it for a couple of months.
Best moment this week: Well, my appointments at my OB have been decent and the NSTs on the baby always look great. In the words of my doc today "she is happier than words in there" lol.  Worst moment this week....when Graydon went to my inlaws, I miss him!! We just kept thinking I was going to go into labor soon. It's been a bummer not being with him. On the other hand, I have been resting when I want, and even gone to a couple of movies.
Movement: Yep, a lot and it is painful. She is getting big!
Food cravings: Same cravings still...OJ and Apple Juice. Ice cream. Oatmeal. Apples. We had some thai tonight and it was SO good, really hit the spot.
Food aversions:  Nothing really
Gender: Baby girl!
Labor Signs: Lots of shooting pains in my pelvis area, and a lot of pressure. Tuesday I lot my mucous plug. I have lost some other mucous since then but obviously it doesn't necessarily mean you are going to go into labor soon, haha.
Symptoms:  Lost the plug, pressure, some swelling, not too many contractions.
Belly Button in or out? Poking out!
Wedding rings on or off?  Still on, makes me very happy.
Stretchmarks? Just around my belly button.
How are you feeling? Uncomfortable and ready!
What I am looking forward to: Same as before...going into labor, plain and simple. I cannot wait to meet this little girl!!!
What I miss:  Graydon.
Weekly Wisdom:
Follow your own gut instincts regarding your due date!!!!!!!!
Milestones:  Well, you could look at this either way. I'm an official 40 weeks, or 5 days overdue from my OBs standpoint. Ugh!
Pregnancy Moments with Chris and others: It's funny to watch people's reactions when they see that I am still pregnant, or I tell them that I was due last Sunday.

Best moment this week: I had a great final week at work last week, and everyone there was so amazing. I had a great last day of work and my boss bought me lunch. A huge group of us ate at Six One Six. Friday morning Chris and I had breakfast at the Omelette Shoppe and then came to my OB appointment with me. Saturday I finished the nursery decor. I will post an update but it doesn't show everything because I do not want to reveal the name yet.  Sunday we went to church and spent the afternoon with Mike and Lyn. Today was my first day as a SAHM. AWESOME!!
Movement: Yep, a lot and it is painful. She is getting big!
Food cravings: OJ and Apple Juice. Ice cream. Oatmeal. Apples.
Food aversions:  Nothing really
Gender: Baby girl!
Labor Signs: Shooting pains around my bladder etc. I remember feeling the same pains with Graydon and my OB had told me that was the babies head coming down etc. Also lots of contractions.
Symptoms:  Tired. Contractions. Heartburn. A bit of swelling.
Belly Button in or out? Poking out!
Wedding rings on or off?  Still on, makes me very happy.
Stretchmarks? Just around my belly button.
How are you feeling? Still feeling very anxious, even more so now...
What I am looking forward to: Going into labor, plain and simple. I cannot wait to meet this little girl!!!
What I miss:  Not being in pain, lol.

Pregnancy Moments with Chris and others: Chris: Even your uterus is maternal and motherly and just doesn't want to let go of that baby...it's going to hold onto it as long as possible...hahahaha.

39 Week Survey- Baby O #2

How far along? 39 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: +2 up to 180, 39 lbs. total. Had gained a little over 40 with Graydon. How big is this baby going to be?!
How big is baby? Baby's waiting to greet the world! He continues to build a layer of fat to help control his body temperature after birth, but it's likely he already measures about 20 inches and weighs a bit over 7 pounds, a mini watermelon. (Boys tend to be slightly heavier than girls.) The outer layers of his skin are sloughing off as new skin forms underneath. -Baby Center
Maternity clothes?  Yep, the stretchier the better, lol.
Sleep: It is OK but not the greatest. I wake up every couple of hours now and usually just get up to use the bathroom and readjust. By the time I wake up I'm in pain from not moving for a while.
Best moment this week: Spending time with Lyn Friday morning and having a date night with Chris on Saturday night. We went and saw Silver Linings Playbook, great movie!
Movement: Yep, a lot and it is painful. She is getting big!
Food cravings: Juice seems to be the big one. I could drink it all day long. Also sweets and comfort foods.
Anxious. Every day I wonder if my labor will start! Trying to be patient.
What I am looking forward to: Ummmm how about having this baby?? LOL. But in the meantime.. Tomorrow evening Nancy and I are going to work on a project for the nursery.  Thursday is my last day of work (YIKES!!) and Valentine's Day, Friday morning is my next OB appointment...and we have no plans this weekend. Please come out baby!!!!!!!

Nursery Progess and Bump Comparison

The nursery is pretty much almost finished. I am still working on some wall art but we are getting there! I LOVE it so much...it really came together. Just like things always do at the end. Now we just need a baby ;)

Ok, so here is me at 38 Weeks with Graydon:

And now at 38 Weeks with Baby Girl:

People keep telling me lately that they think I've dropped.....uhh....not according to these pictures! What a difference in how I am carrying!

38 Week Survey- Baby O #2

How far along? 38 weeks
Total weight gain/loss:  +2,  178 lbs.  37 lbs. total. At this point I had gained almost 39 lbs. with Gray.
How big is baby? Baby has really plumped up. She weighs about 6.8 pounds and she's over 19 1/2 inches long (like a leek). She has a firm grasp, which you'll soon be able to test when you hold her hand for the first time! Her organs have matured and are ready for life outside the womb. -Baby Center
Maternity clothes?  Absolutely.
Sleep: It has been better lately. Takes a lot to get in and out of bed and move around though, and I wake up with random pains etc.
Best moment this week: Definitely my work Sprinkle! I cried during a lot of it. I will miss people so much....  Some other highlights include getting a prenatal massage, my friend Alisa doing my hair and hanging out with Chris's family on Saturday night and celebrating my Birthday (which is on Tuesday.) Also getting the nursery a little more ready and finishing up last minute purchases on Friday. We are ready!!
Movement: Yep, all the time. She loves to kick me in the ribs.
Food cravings: Juice seems to be the big one. I could drink it all day long. Also sweets.
Food aversions:  Haven't been nauseous this week so nothing really.
Gender: Baby girl!
Labor Signs: Lots of Braxton Hicks.
Symptoms:  Tired. Contractions. Heartburn. A bit of swelling.
Belly Button in or out? Poking out!
Wedding rings on or off?  Still on, makes me very happy.
Stretchmarks? Just around my belly button.
How are you feeling? Ready to meet our baby girl!
What I am looking forward to: Any sort of Birthday festivities this week (doesn't feel much like my Birthday since I am so focused on having this baby!)  Friday morning I have another OB appointment and since I will be almost 39 weeks, I am hoping that they will check me. Unless I have the baby before then which would be AWESOME too!  After that I am planning on having lunch with Lyn and then we are seeing a movie. Saturday afternoon she and Mike are also having Chris and I over for an adult evening/Birthday dinner, can't wait.
What I miss:  Rolling over without pain.
Weekly Wisdom:
Have patience.
Milestones:  2 weeks left!
Pregnancy Moments with Chris and others: There are just too many that I can't even recall them anymore.
